Ordering
Ordering of products we carry is easy. If you already have the name of the part you need, send an email to the nearest office and you will get a response within 24hours. Some parts may not be in stock and lead time is provided in the quote or after the order is received.

Payment Methods
We accept all VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Our payment is processed through PayPal and is easy and safe. The Paypal secure server encrypts all submitted information. We will send you our invoice by email and you just enter your credit card information during Checkout.

For all international sales, all payments are made with order. The quotation will include the wire transfer payment instructions. We also accept irrevocable letters of credit where applicable (only for particular customers).

Checks and money orders are also accepted only for specific customers. Please send us a note and mail your request together with your payment.

Shipping
We ship all goods via FedEx, UPS or TNT & DHL where applicable.For large cargo, we use R&L Global to ship to the destination ports. Shipping charges are provided on the quote so as to be included in the payment.

Pricing
All pricing is in USD, EUR, GBP, ZAR or YEN. Due to high fluctuation of currencies, prices are strictly valid for the period indicated on the quotation.

Quotes
Please email your request for quotation to the office nearest to you. You will receive our quotation where possible within 48 hours. It may take longer for custom and specialty products. Do not hesitate to contact us should it take longer than normal to receive your quotes in case it was treated as junk mail by our servers.

Equipment Service
Please contact our offices for all service request for your equipment. It is assumed that you have an existing contract with us. If you would like us to consider servicing your equipment, do not hesitate to email or call us so that you can be attended to immediately.
