Multi-purpose greases
Always available in stock to order, these multi-use food grade greases are NSF H1 certified and recommended by OEMs:
– Klüberlub NH1 11-222
– Klübersynth UH1 14-151
– Klübersynth UH1 14-222.
Note: Multi-purpose lubricants are not ideal for all applications. They are for your multi-purpose application as the name suggests.
Speciality application greases
These will address your unique component operating conditions e.g.
– high-temperature (150°C, 180°C, 250°C etc)
– high load conditions
– high-speed conditions
– water/moisture-resistance etc.
Note: Your application will guide our engineer’s recommendation to you.
Available in suitable packages
They are packaged in suitable packages for ease of use and contamination control. Depending on your consumption, you can get them in:
– 60g tube
– 400g cartridge
– 1kg can
– 10kg bucket and
– 25kg bucket
– 180kg drum

Effectively control, inhibit and slow the growth of bacteria, yeast and mold that may occur from incidental contact with non-food-grade lubricants.

These lubricants have anti-wear and extreme pressure additives to help significantly reduce friction and wear.
4. Prevent corrosion damage
Finally, their high adhesion, water and chemical resistance properties will help prevent corrosion wear, very common in food plants.
