Our bakery equipment lubricants from Klüber Lubrication help bakeries increase their equipment reliability and production while achieving food safety. Klüber Lubrication in partnership with global bakery equipment original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), develops special lubricants that address each equipment’s specific condition.

Our recommended solution: Klübersynth UH1 14-151. A food grade grease with good water resistance and corrosion protection.

Gearboxes

Our recommended solution: Klüberoil 4 UH1-220/320/460/680 N or Klübersynth UH1 6-220/320/460/680. These are synthetic food grade gear oils for normal temperatures with good wear protection and load carrying capacity.

Dough Divider Knives

Our solution: PARALIQ P12 or PARALIQ 91. A release agent that is neutral in taste and odour.

 Proofer Bearings

Our solution: Klüberfood NH1 94-402. A heavy duty grease that has good corrosion protection and water resistance.

 Oven Bearings

Solution: Klüberfood NH1 94-402 for temperatures below 160 °C & BARRIERTA L 55/2 for temperatures above 160 °C. These are high temperature food grade greases that do not deteriorate over time.

 Drive & Transport Chains

Solution: Klüberfood NH1 CH 2-220 Plus. A high temperature chain oil with low oil evaporation rate that results in low residue formation and reduced oil consumption.
